Level One Support Analyst

At Aveo, Australia's leading retirement community owner/operator, we are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated and pro-active Support Analyst, basedin our office in Sydney's CBD.

About the role:

Reporting to the Customer Solutions Manager, this position will be the first point of contact for support, ensuring every customer has a positive experience, including face-to-face, phone and email interactions.

The successful candidate will also be required to:

  • Provide polite & professional customer service;
  • Determine the customer's needs;
  • Follow through with all cases to completion;
  • Gather and analyze information about the user's issue;
  • Keep detailed records of queries and resolutions;
  • Escalate issues as per corporate guidance;
  • Assist with projects as directed;
  • Maintain integrity of the asset register, ensuring our fleet is properly documented and kept up to date; and

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Experience in a customer service environment;
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a structured environment;
  • Working knowledge of contemporary technology infrastructure;
  • Understanding of ITIL Framework - preferably ITIL certified;
  • Good technical skills; and
  • Some understanding of networking, Active Directory and Office 365.
