Project Manager

* Manage Infrastructure Technology Applications’ Migration Project from one Data center to another without impacting the day-to-day business. * Manage the inter-dependencies between the Migration projects and other ongoing Business critical projects * End-to-end Project Management covering all Process Groups namely Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring & Controlling and Closing.

 * Management of Infrastructure Technology Applications’ Migration from one Data center to another without impacting the day-to-day business. * Creation of Project Management Plan covering all Project Management Knowledge Areas namely Scope, Time, Cost, Quality, HR, Communication, Risk and Integration. * Reporting Project Status & Metrics to the required Stakeholders through the PPM Tool, Client Weekly Status Report, Weekly Status Update in SharePoint to Management, … * People Care Management - Resource Acquisition and Release Plan, Identifying training needs, Team Performance Management, Team Motivation & Mentoring * Assigning Project Activities to team members and tracking them to closure; Monitor Project progress on day-to-day basis for successful and on time completion. Take corrective actions if there are deviations. * Stakeholder Management - Systematic identification, analysis and management of the stakeholder community. This includes but is not limited to communication, negotiation, conflict resolution and influencing project stakeholders. * Scope Management - Ensure scope is adequately captured, detailed and baselined. Ensure all changes to scope and requirements follow an agreed change control process and are tracked and logged in the Change Control Register. * Governance – Operate within the Program’s governance * Communication - Communicate and report project activities, timelines, impacts and implications to project team members and stakeholders in a transparent, timely and effective manner. * Risk, Issue, Dependency and Assumption Management * Develop a robust and achievable project plan to manage the timelines and deliverables. Identify and assign resources to meet the quality and delivery objectives. * Demonstrate leadership through establishing vision and direction, influencing and aligning others towards a common purpose and empowering and inspiring people to achieve project success. * Manage relationships with vendors and third party suppliers. * Project Controls - Establish and manage project controls in accordance with best practice Project Management methodology.

1. Rich experience in managing Software Development, Enhancements and Production Support Projects. 2. Experience in the roles of Software Developer and Technical Lead to understand the Technicality of the projects being managed. 3. Experience in managing projects, teams and vendors for BOQ client.
