Qualifications



Minimum qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • 4 years of product management or product design experience.

  • Product management or design experience with a focus on internet products and technologies.

  • Experience in developing Internet products and technologies.


Preferred qualifications:



  • MBA degree.

  • Passion for photography.

  • Knowledgeable across many functional areas - product management, engineering, UI, sales, customer support, finance, and marketing and familiarity with business issues, or the ability to quickly learn.

  • Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast paced environment.

Responsibilities









  • Think strategically and creatively to gather insights and help refine the product vision based on product data and user research.

  • Define, scope, ship, and measure features, and use rapid cycles to iterate and learn. Identify user needs and market dynamics, and use these to inform the strategic direction.

  • Build and enable a work stream of engineers, UX designers, and UX researchers.

  • Develop a feature roadmap and work with technical program managers to execute the roadmap.

  • Communicate with cross-functional teams and work with Go-to-Market stakeholders to secure approval and launch features.
